Loneliness and Light
Healing and protecting God, you are Lord of heaven above and earth below; turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. Relieve the troubles of my heart and bring me out of my distress. Mercifully 
relieve my affliction and forgive all my sins, so that I may shake off the clouds of this world from my eyes and my heart and enter into your world of light. Amen.
